China, the country with the biggest population of the world, faces the unprecedentedly severe employment problem as well as becoming the country with most mature laborers.

The employees are experiencing the employment, job hopping, unemployment and reemployment. The labor market and job market play more and more important role in the collocation of human resource. Now it is universally believed that labor is also the commercial. Besides, the exchange of laborers and the location of laborers exchange are the essential component of the social life.

In the latest ten years, economy of China had a rapid development. Nowadays, the quantity of talented personnel of IT, foreign related service and advanced management and the top-grade skilled workers falls short of demand.
